I just completed my PPD and Corporate Diploma from TCA after 7 months of the most remarkable & transformative journey in my life.

Immediately I started looking for something to set up that was about people, built on my existing experience and new personal awareness, and was completely transferable – anywhere.

This is when I first experienced the whole world of Coaching but not as a Coach. I was made redundant from my job nearly 3 years ago, so decided at the time to take the leap and go freelance. Thankfully there was enough work for me in my core business, but I felt this was also an opportunity for me to add to my skills.

With the Nutritional Therapy Diploma underway, I took up a Personal Performance Coaching Diploma as well and began to work out how the two could fit together very well as a package for clients in the future. I was amazed to learn through the coaching training, how powerful the right questions can be!
