You set yourself apart from the competition by the questions that you ask , the ideas that you bring and how well you communicate them.

We all know that we need to ask our clients question in order to get to the real core problem or desired solution. But what question are they?

There is an awful lot of nonsense written about whether good sales people are born or made. Anyone, yes I mean anyone, can be taught how to be a good self promoter, to follow a process, to negotiate and close like a well seasoned sales person.

Successful people know what they want, they know which way they are heading, they now what they need to do and are flexible about overcoming obstacles and barriers to move towards their goal, their dream.

Have you ever noticed how conversation just seems to flow when two people are in rapport? Their bodies as well as their words match each other. Just watch a couple in a restaurant or friends meeting in a pub, they dance the dance of rapport!
