Unless you are one of those lucky people who love your job, then changing career can be a daunting challenge. If you have heard yourself say: “I must get out of here”, “I hate my job, I’m stuck-in-a-rut”, or “I’d like to find a more satisfying job, but I don’t know what I’m good at”, then you maybe at a career crisis point.

I’ve just been reflecting upon how hard it is to believe that (at the time of writing) the first month of 2011 is almost over. Hasn’t it passed in a flash? I’m also wondering if your clients – like mine – have been seeking your support in turning their new year’s resolutions into solid actions, and what proportion of those resolutions have related to “career”.
